Kevin Burkett
President
Kevin is the President of Construction and Design Group of Florida and a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.
He is a 42-year veteran of the construction industry with 35 years dedicated to the Florida market. A graduate of the Building Construction program at Purdue University, Kevin began his career in industrial construction in Texas with Brown & Root and then Bechtel Construction. He then moved his family to Florida with Hunt Construction, building a wafer manufacturing plant for AT&T.
Kevin started Burkett Contracting Corporation in Orlando, FL in 1986. Burkett Contracting self-performed concrete, masonry, and carpentry, and constructed mid-size commercial, medical, retail, and entertainment projects for 12 years until it was merged with former employer, Hunt Construction.
With Hunt, Kevin was the Executive Construction Manager responsible for nearly $1 Billion in construction between 1998-2004, including Grande Lakes Resort, Orange County Convention Center, and the Hard Rock Hotel.
Kevin is a founding member of Construction and Design Group of Florida.

Dale Parsons
Vice President of Design and Business Development
A Central Florida native, Dale is a graduate of the University of Florida and State of Florida Registered Architect.
Dale is responsible for the design and construction administration of over $400 Million in projects around Florida. His experience includes the design and development of medical office, retail, resorts, hotels, restaurants and entertainment attractions, including the Embassy Suites in downtown Orlando and City Centre in downtown Kissimmee.
In addition to his design expertise, Dale has prolific experience in site selection, project financing, pro forma development, sales/leasing and property management.
As Vice President of Design and Business Development for CDG, Dale oversees the design department, manages pre-construction services under Design-Build contracts, and builds strategic relationships to further CDG’s reach.
Dale is a founding member of Construction and Design Group of Florida.

Ben Burkett
Vice President of Operations
A Florida native and graduate of the Building Construction program at the University of Florida, Ben began his career in heavy/civil construction. From Field Engineer to Project Manager, Ben worked on over $200 Million in road and bridge projects with Lane Construction and SEMA Construction. From there, Ben moved on to work in site development until he joined Kevin & Dale in business in 2015..
Ben is the Vice President of Operations for CDG, and oversees project management, estimating, and accounting.
Ben is also a Certified General Contractor and a founding member of Construction and Design Group of Florida.
