About the Project
The project included the complete renovation of the Lobby, Coffee Bar, Gift Shop, Ballroom, Fitness Center,Bathrooms, and BOH of the existing Allure Resort on International Drive. Kevin and Ben worked with SENAHospitality Design, Inc to align with the Property Improvement Plan by IHG.
Through the design-build process and value engineering, Kevin, Dale, and Ben helped to finish the lobby & ballroom conversion to Holiday Inn more than 10% under the original budget.
