About the Project
The former 2-story outpatient surgery center, previously built by Burkett Contracting decades earlier, was converted to a Class “A”. Kevin, Dale, and Ben analyzed and re-engineered the existing structural system to accommodate the addition of the roof-top lounge with the extension of the existing stairs and addition of a new elevator. The repurposing required architectural and structural creativity as the site was designated traditional city and in a redevelopment zone.
